Visit from Mrs Baldam
We were honoured to have a visit from Mrs Baldam, who grew up in Blackpool during World War II. She was able to tell us what life was like then, from going to school with children who had been evacuated from Manchester to coping with lots of food being rationed. We all really enjoyed listening to her stories and we are very grateful that she took the time to come and visit us.
