On Monday 12th October, Primary 7 embarked upon their trip to Stormont to see NI Parliament Buildings. The children got to tour the building and then spent time in the Chamber where they witnessed a debate in session. A highlight of the trip was the opportunity to meet and question a local MLA, Mr Danny Kennedy. Indeed, Mr William Irwin also paid us a quick visit and we managed to capture a photograph with both MLA's. P7 had a very enjoyable day and we wish to thank Mr Kennedy for sponsoring our trip and also express our thanks to Lucy from the Education Office who made our tour both educational and fun!
