Build a Bird!
Here is a fun way to make your own bird.
What you will need:
- Kitchen foil
- newspaper or old magazines
- glue
- scissors
- felt-pen to draw the eyes
What to do:
- Tear off a large piece of kitchen foil. Scrunch it into a bird shape with a head, a fat body and a tail.
- Rip lots of paper for feathers. Spread glue on the foil, then press one end of each feather onto the body to cover it.
- For the beak, fold a piece of thin cardboard in half. Cut it out to make a triangle shape. Fold over the smallest side of the triangle. Stick onto the bird to make the beak.
- Cut 2 wide feet from cardboard and stick them below the bird's body. Finally , draw or paint the eyes.
