Being Kind To Our Minds

 

We all know that we should be kind to others. Sometimes, though, we forget that we need to be kind to our minds too! 

Things you can do to keep your mind happy and healthy are:

  • Have fun playing in the garden or park.
  • Read a good book.
  • Draw or paint a picture.
  • Make a model.
  • Play with a pet.
  • Dance to your favourite music.
  • Laugh at funny jokes.
  • Get lots of sleep.
  • Eat healthy food.

 

You will have lots of your own ideas.

(Mrs. Hutchison and Mrs. Hannam spend lots of time gardening, going on long walks and playing music.)
