Young Enterprise Day
On Friday 25 March, Wendy from Young Enterprise came to teach us all about Our City.
We learnt what makes a city different from a town or a village; how a city would be planned and what type of buildings would be included.
We then constructed different buildings and discussed where they would go in our city.
Next we learnt about managing money...how we earn, save, budget, donate and spend.
We played a game in order to think how we can use money wisely when we do get our first job!
Some guarded their money very carefully 😀🧐💷
We finished off the work by designing our own restaurant in groups and presenting it to the class.
Mrs Hamilton was so pleased with the work that everyone did and the super presentations 👏⭐️
