World Book Day

We really enjoyed celebrating World Book Day this year! Firstly, we made bookmarks that have a special World Book Day poem on them, written by Lurgan based author Shelley Spiers. We also took part in a live lesson with hundreds of other schools during which the author and illustrator Liz Pichon demonstrated her illustration techniques from her Tom Gates books. We managed to create some fantastic illustrations in the Tom Gates style.
