Observing snails

 Mrs Mackin-Jackson found lots of snails in the wild flower patch of her garden. She brought some into school to show the class.

We had lots of discussion about snails, what body parts they have, what they eat and where they live. What kind of conditions they like. (wet, damp and dark) We looked carefully at them using magnifiers. 

Back in class we watched a video about snails.
