Mammals Memorise Activity and Animal Kingdom Sorting!

We worked in groups to memorise and re-create a Mammals Information poster. We had to take turns to go into the cloakroom area to look at and memorise a poster about what makes a mammal a mammal. Then we had to bring back the information to a 'scribe' in our group to help re-create the poster!

We also completed a sorting activity in groups to sort animals into vertebrates and invertebrates and also into their animal classes - mammals, fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians. As well as that, we looked at 4 different and unusual mammals and we had to work in groups to read and match captions to each one!
