Making Baked Apples and Apple Science Investigation

We talked about the process involved in making Baked Apples. We got our ingredients and prepared the apples before sending them to the oven to be cooked. We observed how the apples changed from raw to cooked. We enjoyed tasting them too! We also talked about how apples go brown when cut and left in the air. We planned and carried out an experiment to test which liquid would help to prevent apples from turning brown.
