Literacy
Reading - continue to read a chapter/few pages of your chosen book every day.
Retell what has happened in your own words to someone in your house.
Hotseating- you could take on the role of one of the characters in your book and get a member of your family to ask you some questions to find out about the character and what has happened to them in the story.
Spelling - continue to work on this weeks spellings in your home learning folders dated 4/5/20.
Make sure you do your Friday recap at the end of the week.
Independent Writing- We hope you are keeping your diaries up to date in your free writing books. When we eventually do go back to school we would love to read them and read about your experiences, thoughts and feelings during this time.
Please find below this weeks comprehension and grammar activities. These activities should be completed in your literacy books. Don’t forget to rule your page and write the date, title and WALT at the top of the page.
