We will set you different ICT skills and tasks to try to help you.

Task 2: Sending an email!

For your ICT task this week, we want you to send an email to your class teacher about what you did at the weekend.

Task 1:

💻 Practise saving a word document onto your memory pen / USB.

1) Open up your word document.

2) Click on Save As

3) This step depends on your computer or laptop but generally, if you go to Computer you will be able to see your USB under removable devices or removable storage.

4) Click on the USB / memory pen symbol.

5) Name your word document.

6) Click save.

 You should now check that the word document has saved properly by closing the original word document and then opening up your USB. if you see the named word document, then you have been successful! If not, try again as this is a really important skill which you will need.
