Hello From P1 Teachers
Hello everyone, we all hope you are well and getting some work done with your Mum & Dad. We also hope you are enjoying some time outside in the fresh air.
For Parents:
At this stage of home learning, our P1 page will not be updated weekly because we feel you can use our summary sheet however you wish - some weeks you may want to spend more time than others and you have the freedom to do that.
We would recommend that you try to do the following DAILY:
- Mental maths (5 mins)
- 1 number based practical work OR worksheet (10 mins)
- Revise High Frequency Words (5 mins)
- Read together - please use the online NI library, Oxford reading tree eBook resources, Twinkl eBooks, etc - pink & red band (10 mins)
- Phonics - building and blending (5 mins)
After this you can use our summary sheet as you wish and follow the work in each section in order that is typed out.
