Egyptian Day

Wednesday 16 March was our Egyptian Day to finish our topic and what a busy day it was!

Some of our class dressed up and looked fabulous 😃👏

We learnt all about Joseph over five days and how he had been sold by his brothers into Egypt but saved a nation from starvation. The girls had a great victory in the quizzes 👍⭐️

We tasted “Egyptian “ food...some were braver than others with trying new things!!!

We did some Egyptian Maths and realised our P5 maths wasn’t so bad after all 😆

Then we finished the day with some Mummy wrapping...the Ancient Egyptians would have been proud of some of the attempts 😂👏

Well done to the winners of the Egyptian free writing books 👏⭐️
