Christmas Activities and Art!
We love Christmas art and craft activities in P5WH 😃 We made stars for our Christmas trees using sticks, we cut out and decorated Christmas Stockings and we created clay Christmas decorations too!
Nativity Drama News Studio Work! We worked in small groups to create a News Studio Report for the different parts of the Nativity Story. We had news readers and reporters, and we interviewed Mary and Joseph, the Shepherds, the Wise Men and Anna and Simeon. We had lots of fun!
We have been learning about Money in Numeracy. We decided to use a Tesco Catalogue to choose Christmas Presents for children of different ages, but we had to calculate how much we had left each time we bought a present and try to keep within our budget! Then we created our own Wish Lists and chose presents that we would like for ourselves, but we could only buy them if we had enough money!
