Apples Topic

Our first topic this term is Apples. We have been thinking about where apples come from and the different varieties of apples you can get. We did a Taste Test to identify and describe types of apples and we recorded our favourite type in a tally chart. We also tasted 5 different varieties of apple juice and we talked about our favourite one. Here are some photos of us tasting the different varieties of apples and the different types of apple juice!

Apple Art Work - we created apples out of clay and painted them when they were dry. We also sketched apples using pencil and then used pastels to add tones and shades to them.
