Apple Science Investigation

We carried out an investigation to see which substance would help to prevent apples from turning brown when left exposed to the air. We used water, lemon juice, baking powder, vinegar and milk to investigate this. We made this a fair test by using the same sized containers, the same sized pieces of apple and the same amount of each liquid / substance. We left the apples in the tubs over night and looked at the results the following day. We enjoyed making predictions and comparing the results.
