Ancient Egypt Topic Day!

We held our Ancient Egypt Topic Day on Wednesday 16th March... a great way to end our World Around Us topic!

Some of the children came to school dressed up and we all enjoyed lots of different activities including...

  • Egyptian Maths
  • Tasting Foods from Ancient Egypt
  • Decorating a Death Mask and Making Cuffs
  • Mummy Wrapping using Toilet Rolls

 

The highlight for our class seemed to be the food tasting!! The children really enjoyed tasting the different flat breads and dips! They weren't so keen on the dates and the olives though!!!
