Action Cancer Be Healthy Be Smart!
We enjoyed a great zoom session with the team from Action Cancer on Tuesday 7th June 2022. The theme for the session was 'Be Healthy, Be Smart'. We explored the different ways to stay healthy through eating a balanced diet, we discussed the different food groups and we also learnt about the importance of exercise!
