A Recipe for Baked Apples!

We followed a recipe to make Baked Apples! We talked about the Bramley Apple and how it is famous in County Armagh. Then we prepared our baked apples. First, we washed and cored them and placed them on a baking tray. Then we added honey, raisins and brown sugar to the middle of them. We covered them with baking paper and cooked them in the oven. Then we got to taste them! We know that the apples started as raw and when they came out of the oven they were cooked. Some of us liked the baked apples... but some of us didn't!!
