A message to P7 parents

Dear P7 Parents,

We have received lovely emails from many of you over the past 9 weeks. We want you to know that we really appreciate your support in what has been a very challenging time.

We know that you are all doing the best that you can to facilitate home learning. Many of you are trying to juggle work, family time, caring for loved ones and then... fit in some schooling ! At times, you may feel overwhelmed at what is being asked of you.

We want to reassure you that your children will learn; they will not "fall behind" -every child in NI is in the same situation. We are all in this together. smiley

The most important thing is that you don't feel stressed by home-learning - just do what you can! If you can only manage 'a bit or school work here and there' - then that's good enough. Maybe you need to give the kids (and yourself!! wink) 'a day off' and spend the day as a family, doing things you enjoy.

We want our parents to do what works best for you and for your family - there is no right or wrong way to facilitate learning during a pandemic.

Keep doing the wonderful job that you are all doing!

Keep your children safe, healthy and happy.

Teachers will do the rest when schools open.

Love,

P7 Teachers. heart
