World War II Day

We had a fantastic World War II themed day. We sang some songs from World War II and got to see some genuine artefacts from the period. Many thanks to Gary and Matthew for bringing in their collection for us to see. We also played some wartime playground games like marbles, skipping and hop scotch. In the afternoon we used Minecraft Education to make an Anderson shelter. There were some fantastic evacuee costumes and everyone had a great day!
