This week is World Mental Health Awareness Week

The theme for this year is 'kindness'. 

We would like you to have a think about how you can be kind to your mind. 

Your mind is a wonderful thing, think of all the different places your mind can bring you to.... some of you have super imaginations!

Use the document below to think about how you can be kind to your mind. You could discuss this with your parents or family members and gather some ideas. Write some suggestions or draw some pictures. 

Maybe you could try out some different activities to help you be more kind to your mind?

We would love to see photos of you working on some way to be kind to your mind this week. Please get a parent or adult to email them to Mr Dickson and they can be shared on Twitter and our P5 Year Group Page!
