World Book Day

We had a busy World Book Day! We enjoyed creating our own pieces of blackout poetry using excerpts from our class novel ‘Thief’. We also enjoyed making bookmarks, sharing about the characters we dressed up as and playing book bingo. Our highlight was participating in the BBC Live Lesson which took us on a virtual journey which helped us reflect on the type of readers we are. We were lucky to have a visit from a mysterious tiger - we think he was hoping to come for tea!
