Poet-tree!
On Tuesday 10th November we engaged in an Outdoor Literacy lesson called ‘Poetree.’
We explored the colour, feel, smell and sound of chosen trees in our grass area at school. We used chalk to outline a leaf shape and then thought shower adjectives to help describe our tree and leaf. As a group, we then created a poetry verse. The final stage was for each group to read out their verse to the class.
