Our wee critters project work

Following the visit by Alan and the Wee Critters, we decided to make our own imaginary wee critters.

We designed them, then made a clay model. Then we painted them and made a poster about them...what they were called, where they lived, who were their enemies and what their babies were like. We had looked at all these facts about real mammals in our WAU topic work so far this month.

Then we took our wee critters outside for hibernation 😴

The class worked very hard on this project. Each child will have a picture of their own critter in their Monday Memory book, which is a diary of their P5 year.
