Making Jelly
In P1MJ we made jelly. We talked about how to make jelly, what changes happen as it is being made and how to set the jelly.
The children took turns to mix and pour to prepare the jelly for the fridge.
The next day we got to use our senses to look at, touch, taste and smell the jelly. We talked about how it was heated to melt and disolve the jelly and how it was cooled in the fridge to set again.
