Forest School - Teddy Tipi's

In Forest School this week  we talked about Winter and looked for signs of Winter. We saw snowdrops on our way up to the Observatory and some robins and blackbirds.

At the site we talked about what happened in our Big Book story 

' Clown, Bear and Rabbit'. 

They got thrown in a skip and ended up sheltering in a tree house.

The children were challenged to build a 'Teddy Tipi' with their friends or by themselves. The shelter had to keep the rain and wind out so their Teddy Bears could stay warm and dry. Lots of talking and problem solving today!
