Forest School remedies

For our first Forest School lesson of the year we got into groups to create Victorian remedies. We are studying the book Under the Hawthorn Tree and Mary Kate makes natural medicines to help heal the sick and injured. 
Our task was to think about a famine illness and create a natural remedy to help. 
We really enjoyed our first lesson to the sun.
