Armagh County Museum

We had a fantastic morning at Armagh County Museum. Sarah showed us some objects from World War II and we had to be detectives to find out why they were important. We also learned about some of the propaganda posters that were around then. We got to try on some replica gas masks and found out about the work of an ARP warden. We heard a little about what it was like to be an evacuee and even saw a real life letter from an evacuee. We also made our own gas masks to bring back to school. It was a super morning.
