Estimating and measuring around the classroom and school

P6P have been looking at the topic of length within numeracy. We have been exploring units of measurement (mm, cm and m) and discussing which measuring instruments would be appropriate to use to measure each of these units.
We had lots of fun estimating and then measuring different objects around the school. We especially enjoyed using the trundle wheel to measure the corridor.
