House Captains
House Captains
In the Armstrong Primary School we operate a House System. The four houses were chosen by the Pupil Council and reflect the school’s long association with the Observatory. They are Pluto, Saturn, Neptune and Jupiter. Pupils can earn house points for a range of reasons e.g. being helpful, polite to others, endeavour etc. These points are tallied by house captains at the end of the week and displayed on the House Notice board.
Each month the House Cup is awarded. At the end of the school year the House Trophy is awarded for overall achievement on Sports’ Day and the Swimming Gala.
House Captains are also encouraged to participate in a variety of school events including the School Open Night.
