Guy Fawkes

We have been learning about Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot, which we remember on 5th November, Bonfire Night. We performed some dramas showing the moment that Guy Fawkes was caught in a cellar underneath the Houses of Parliament with 36 barrels of gunpowder. He gave a false name to the guards.

 

We also made fireworks pictures using fluorescent paint, cotton buds and matchsticks.
